Delivery Policy

Orders placed with Alpine Research Labs are dispatched the following working day.

Where possible, shipments are sent via Royal Mail, and tracking information will be provided once available.

Once dispatched, delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed unless a guaranteed service has been selected at checkout. In rare cases, external factors may cause delays beyond the expected timeframe. We will always escalate any issues with our courier partners and work to resolve them promptly.

Please note that we cannot resend items that remain in transit. Undelivered parcels must be returned to us before a replacement or refund can be issued. For orders reported as lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and process a refund or replacement once the claim is resolved—typically within 15 working days.

Important Considerations

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate, as we may be unable to redirect orders via Royal Mail
once they are en route to you. For security reasons, we do not alter addresses once your order has been processed (unless specifically requested), as confirmation is based on the original information provided at the time of order placement.

Please be aware that same-day dispatch may not feasible, at the beginning of a sale or promotion, or if your order experiences delays due to additional security checks we will not be held liable for delays in busy periods.
